About the Front Office Team Lead
Antoinette has been in healthcare for over a year now. Working in the medical field has been her dream since she was young. She obtained her certification in medical assisting and phlebotomy at Northwest Career College. After she graduated, she was able to assist under Dr. Cristina Viceral, D.N.P., FNP-C, where she currently resides. She was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, before her family moved to Las Vegas in 2015. She is a mother of a beautiful daughter and currently expecting a baby, who we will meet in April of 2024.
She enjoys singing, painting, and traveling with my family. Her favorite artists are Leonardo Da Vinci and Michelangelo. She loves being around family and spending time together around holidays. She has many paintings; she would paint and hang up in her room as inspiration to herself.

Team Lead
Miriam was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She recently graduated from Northwest Career College, where she earned her medical assistant and phlebotomy certifications. Miriam chooses to enter the medical field to help others, and the thought that her interactions with patients can make a difference brings her immense joy.
She aspires to continue her education by pursuing a bachelor's degree in nursing, as working in a hospital has been her dream since childhood.
In her free time, Miriam enjoys spending time with loved ones, whether they are going out or staying in. Some of her favorite hobbies include playing board games—where she proves to be quite competitive! She also loves shopping and browsing for clothing pieces that go well together, always finding joy in the experience of trying them on in the fitting room.
About Adminstrative Specialist
Andrea was born and raised in California and moved to Las Vegas two years ago. She earned her Associate’s degree in Kinesiology from Mt. San Antonio College and her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Cal State Fullerton, where she was also a student-athlete. She is currently continuing her education to pursue a degree in Ultrasound Sonography.
With years of experience in both management and healthcare, Andrea is deeply committed to providing the best care possible to those around her. Her passion for health began when her twin brothers were born prematurely. Spending so much time in and out of hospitals inspired her to research premature labor and dedicate herself to supporting expecting mothers with the highest quality of care.
In her free time, Andrea enjoys movie nights, reading, working out, running, playing video games, and occasionally spending a night out on the town.
About Adminstrative Front Desk
Aime was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has recently graduated from High School and plans to attend school in Oregon to continue her plans on obtaining a degree in Biomedical Engineering.
She has always been interested in STEM and finds an interest in helping her community through a different form of healthcare, creating the instruments and tests we need to advance health studies.
She also enjoys many hobbies that include arts and crafts, reading, traveling, and concerts. As well as, quality time with family and friends.
About Clinician Assistant
Breanna was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she has lived her entire life. She currently holds her phlebotomy certification and license obtained from Phlebotomy Training Specialists of Las Vegas, Nevada. She is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Nevada State University.
Her passion for healthcare began after watching a close family member struggle through ongoing medical challenges. That experience, along with growing up in a family with a history of health issues, showed her how powerful compassionate care can be. It inspired her to pursue a career in nursing, with the goal of making a real difference in the lives of patients who need someone to speak up and care for them with empathy.
When she's not working or studying, Breanna enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops around the city, and indulging her passion for makeup by discovering new products and styles.
About Clinician Assistant
Monse was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and has always been passionate about helping others. This passion led her to work in roles centered around assisting people with their needs, including serving as a certified lifeguard. She began her medical career in high school at Desert Rose, where she completed a Medical Assistant course, and later continued her education at Las Vegas College. She is now completing her Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy training and preparing to take her state certification exams.
During her externship at The Vice Practice, within her month of being there, Monse had the opportunity to experience both primary care and front office responsibilities, giving her a well-rounded understanding of patient care and clinic operations. This exposure motivated her to exceed her limits and continue advancing in the medical field. With her own family facing medical challenges, she is committed to expanding her knowledge so she can better understand health conditions and support her loved ones in the best way possible. She views her work in healthcare not just as a career path, but as a calling to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work and school, Monse enjoys swimming, hiking, and spending time with her family, often seeking out new adventures and experiences. Running is one of her favorite ways to relieve stress and have fun, offering her both physical and mental clarity. She also loves exploring new places, especially those filled with greenery, where she can enjoy the outdoors and recharge. Her adventurous spirit and love for nature help her maintain balance and inspiration in her busy life.
