About the Executive Director
Ginger Viceral is a Business Administration: Economics student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a member of the university’s Honors College. She graduated as Salutatorian from Nevada Learning Academy with an Advanced Honors High School Diploma and is a recipient of both the Millennium Scholarship and the Valedictorian Scholarship. Ginger has a strong academic focus and a growing interest in the legal field, which she continues to explore through her coursework, leadership roles, and professional experiences.
In addition to her studies, Ginger has developed extensive experience in business operations and healthcare administration. She currently serves as a Property Coordinator at Viceral Plaza, where she oversees daily operations, manages lease agreements, and coordinates maintenance and vendor services. Ginger is also part of the executive leadership team at The Vice Practice, contributing to operational planning and key business decisions. She previously served as Executive Director of TVP Behavioral Health, where she helped oversee clinic operations, financial planning, and workflow improvements while collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient services.
Ginger is actively involved in leadership and legal-focused extracurricular activities. She currently serves as Vice President of the Business Law Association at UNLV and is a Legal Intern with the Clark County District Attorney's Office. She has also participated in academic programs at Stanford University and University of California, Los Angeles, where she explored law, medicine, and leadership through hands-on training and mentorship. Through her academic achievements and professional experiences, Ginger continues to build the skills and perspective necessary to pursue her goal of a career in law.
About the Marketing Director
Caliah has been very passionate about having a career in the medical field. This is mainly because she saw her mom, Dr. Cristina Viceral, DNP, grow from taking up nursing during her mom’s collegiate years up to becoming a very successful healthcare provider in the present. Caliah finished school and got her bachelor’s degree in nursing in the Philippines last August 2023. She resides in the Philippines and eventually migrates to the United States. Cooking, baking and traveling with family is her way to unwind and distress especially when given the luxury of free time. She is also a loving mother of one kid and one naughty corgi dog. She knows that getting her bachelor’s degree in nursing is just her first step, and there is much more to learn through experiences and continuous education.
